We aim to provide fair and transparent refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged product received

• Expired product received

📌 Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened medicines

• Used products

• Personal care items

• Prescription medicines (as per law)

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

• Amount credited to original payment method

• COD refunds via bank transfer

5. Refund Rejection

Refund may be rejected if:

• Product is used

• Seal is broken

• Return request is delayed

• No valid proof provided
