Return & Refund Policy
At Medish.in, we aim to provide genuine and quality products. Returns are accepted only under the conditions mentioned below.
1. Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests received after 48 hours may not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
2. Eligible Returns
A return may be considered only in the following cases:
- - Wrong product delivered.
- - Product received in damaged condition.
- - Product is defective or unusable.
- - Product is missing from the order.
- - Product received is materially different from the product ordered
- All return requests are subject to verification and approval.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
- - The product should generally be unused and unopened.
- - Original packaging, labels and invoice should be available.
- - The customer may be required to provide photographs, videos or other information for verification.
- - Products damaged or altered after delivery due to customer handling may not be eligible.
4. Medicines & Healthcare Products
Due to the nature of medicines, healthcare products, personal-care products and consumables, returns may be restricted.
Prescription medicines and other regulated products will be handled according to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Change of mind, incorrect selection, or simply not liking the product will generally not qualify for a return.
5. Refunds
Where a return is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway or bank.
6. Replacement
Where appropriate, an eligible product may be replaced instead of refunded, subject to product availability.
7. Shipping Charges
Original shipping or delivery charges may not be refundable unless applicable law or the circumstances of the approved return require otherwise.

9. Final Review
